As 2025 draws to a close, YCTEL held the 2025 year-end work summary and 2026 annual work plan meeting and commendation award ceremony in Shenzhen. Let’s review and summarize our experiences together, look forward to a better future, and the theme of the meeting is “Building on top, getting better and better”
1. Brand Planning and Operations Department - Mr. Xie makes work report and company development plan
At the beginning of the meeting, Rich, the head of the company’s administrative department, presided over the meeting and the meeting began. Mr. Xie from the Brand Planning and Operations Department of the company gave a keynote speech on “Reviewing 2025, Looking Forward to 2026”, affirming the overall work and situation of the company in 2025, acknowledging the hard work and contributions of all employees, and deploying the overall work goals, overseas market planning, and product research and development direction of the company in 2026.
2. Marketing Department - Mr. Ke makes work summary and market planning report
In the second session of the meeting, Mr. Ke, the Director of the Marketing Department, gave a report on the work for the whole year of 2025. YCTEL has achieved its performance targets for the whole year of 2025 by the end of November 2025, exceeding them ahead of schedule! Mr. Ke delivered a passionate speech, full of enthusiasm! Pre war mobilization for the new journey and goals of the Yuechuang Marketing Department Army in 2026, we believe that with close cooperation among all departments of the company, we will reach new heights in 2026!
3 .Product Development Department - Manager Cheng reports on product development work and plans new products
At the end of the meeting, Manager Cheng from the Product R&D Department gave a work report and summarized the meeting. In 2025, colleagues from YCTEL R&D Department worked day and night to develop the MESHSIM chip card, complete the iteration of YCTEL AIOT cloud platform 3.0 version, deploy five global APN nodes, and widely commercialize the vertical renewal system B2B2C. In the new year, YCTEL will continue to increase its product R&D efforts, strengthen the construction of R&D talent team, innovate and develop more competitive and revolutionary new products, and continue to increase the proportion of R&D investment to safeguard the company’s international IoT journey.

2025 is a year full of hardships and rewards. It is also a year of rapid development in the construction of the talent team of Yuechuang. Professional talents and industry elites from both domestic and foreign markets gather, and professional R&D talents gather. Talents are the source of enterprise development.
